Marquee Mark’s 2012 Halftime Report

I guess I slept through halftime this year, but here are my favorite songs that came out this year so far. (Who knew my list would be topped by the 20-years-later comeback single from a band that no one Stateside outside of John Peel Show fanatics had ever heard of – or that the guy from Erasure and the guy from Depeche Mode would even put a dent in my chart? Ahhhh, pop music.)

Marquee Mark’s Top 25 Most Played playlist

I, Mark Butler, do solemnly swear that these are my most listened-to songs on iTunes, although certain members of my household may have overdone it a little bit on the Eames Era thing.
